Do you have to have a sales permit to be a vendor at our show?

This depends on the location. If you are a vendor at our Texas show you MUST have a sales tax permit to be a vendor. The process to acquire a sales permit is very simple. Just visit the Texas Comptroller's website and fill out the form on line. You must have your permit with you at the show. It must be displayed where it is visual to shoppers.  If you are a vendor in our Oklahoma or New Mexico shows and you don't have a sales permit you can fill out a one day form at the show. Which we will provide for you. This again is a simple process. You will fill out the form with your sales for the day and make the tax payment to the event promoter. We will turn in your payment to the Oklahoma or New Mexico Comptroller for you.

If you are a vendor in the Ohio, Kentucky and or Indiana shows. The state requires you to obtain a sales tax permit to be a vendor in our show.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booth?

We do not offer refunds to vendors if they cancel their booth reservation.

*All payments are final, are not refundable, and are non transferable.
